We are seeking to hire a Social Worker - Nursing Home. $25 to $27 hourly based on skills and experience. Monday-Friday, 7:30am to 4:00pm. Social Worker -

Nursing Home Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited Bachelor of Arts program in psychology or sociology. Minimum of 3 years of Long-Term Care experience. Preferably in PA. Minimum of 1 year experience in the PA social services field. Awareness and knowledge of social service resources in the community. Criminal background check current within one year. Support the Director of Social Services and interdisciplinary teams. Help residents and families navigate psychological needs and coordinating services.
