Qualifications:

Active RN license in Pennsylvania (or compact state eligibility) Minimum of 1-2 years of recent emergency room experience as a Registered Nurse Current BLS and ACLS certifications required; PALS or TNCC a plus Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills

Responsibilities:

Provide expert emergency care, triage, and stabilization for a wide range of patient populations Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team members to deliver high-quality patient outcomes Document all interventions, medications, and assessments with precision and accuracy Educate patients and families, providing support and comfort during urgent situations Maintain compliance with facility protocols and state/federal regulations
