Required Qualifications & Experience:

Active RN license in Pennsylvania or compact state Minimum 1 year of recent Operating Room nursing experience Current BLS certification (AHA or equivalent) Strong communication skills and the ability to adapt in fast-paced environments Willingness to learn and integrate new technologies and procedures Previous travel nursing experience is an advantage, but not required

Key Responsibilities:

Assist surgeons and surgical teams in the preparation and execution of operative procedures Monitor patient status before, during, and after surgery to ensure safety and comfort Maintain a sterile environment and uphold infection control standards Document all operative events accurately and efficiently Promote a positive and collaborative team environment
