Required Qualifications & Experience:
Active and unrestricted RN license Minimum 1-2 years of recent Operating Room experience BLS certification (required) ACLS certification (preferred) Proficiency with advanced OR procedures and sterile technique Strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills
Key Responsibilities:
Circulate and/or scrub in the operating room, supporting a wide array of surgical procedures Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care before, during, and after surgery Ensure strict adherence to aseptic and infection control protocols Communicate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient outcomes Monitor and respond to critical changes during procedures; advocate for patient safety at all times Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately
