Key Qualifications:
Valid and current RN license Minimum of 1 year recent experience in Telemetry nursing BLS and ACLS certifications required Proficiency in cardiac monitoring, telemetry equipment, and interpreting medical data Excellent communication and teamwork skills Adaptability to fast-paced and changing environments
Primary Responsibilities:
Monitor, assess, and care for patients on Telemetry units Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as ordered Document patient progress and interventions accurately in medical records Collaborate closely with physicians, nursing staff, and support teams Provide patient and family education regarding diagnosis, care plans, and health management
