We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team. The RN will be responsible for providing direct patient care, coordinating with healthcare providers, administering medications, and educating patients and their families on healthcare practices.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Assessing and documenting patients' medical history and symptoms Collaborating with healthcare providers to develop and implement patient care plans Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers Monitoring patient vitals and responding to changes in condition Educating patients and their families on healthcare practices and treatment plans Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records Ensuring a safe and clean environment for patient care Adhering to all healthcare regulations and policies
Qualifications and Skills:
