Job Description

Registered Nurse (RN) - Long-Term Care (LTC) Job Overview We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join a Long-Term Care (LTC) team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have experience providing high-quality nursing care, administering medications, monitoring patient conditions, and collaborating with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure the best possible outcomes for residents.

Start Date:
July 6, 2026 Requirements Active Registered Nurse (RN) license Minimum 1 year of nursing experience Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with established care plans. Assess, monitor, and document residents' health conditions and responses to treatment. Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately. Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care. Maintain accurate and timely medical records and documentation. Educate residents and their families regarding care plans and health management. Respond promptly to changes in patient condition and emergency situations. Ensure compliance with facility policies, nursing standards, and regulatory requirements. Promote a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment for residents.
Pay:
$1,800.00 - $2,200.00 per week
