Desired Experience & Qualifications:
Active, unencumbered RN license Minimum one year of recent Operating Room nursing experience BLS and ACLS certifications required Proven proficiency in circulating and/or scrub roles Strong critical thinking, communication, and organizational skills Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-acuity surgical environments
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in all phases of perioperative care, including preoperative assessment, intraoperative support, and postoperative monitoring Coordinate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other team members to ensure patient safety and positive outcomes Maintain strict aseptic technique and uphold rigorous infection control protocols Prepare equipment, instruments, and supplies for surgical procedures Provide documentation and communication regarding patient status
