Schedule/Hours:

Qualifications:
Current and valid RN license Minimum of 1 year recent NICU experience preferred BLS and NRP certification required Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment
Responsibilities:
Provide evidence-based, compassionate care to critically ill newborns and support their families Monitor and interpret neonatal vital signs, administer medications and feedings, and perform necessary procedures Collaborate closely with neonatologists, respiratory therapists, and the broader care team Accurately document care and actively participate in patient care planning Maintain compliance with facility protocols and quality standards
