Schedule:
Travel assignment, shift and hours provided upon interview
Qualifications:
Active RN license in Pennsylvania (or compact license eligible) Minimum of 2 years' recent experience in a high-acuity emergency room BLS and ACLS certifications required; PALS and TNCC strongly preferred Strong clinical assessment, prioritization, and communication abilities Dedication to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care in fast-paced situations
Responsibilities:
Triage and assess patients efficiently in emergent scenarios Implement care plans and monitor patient outcomes Deliver rapid interventions for trauma, cardiac, and other urgent needs Liaise with interdisciplinary teams to provide seamless, high-quality care Educate patients and families regarding care plans and discharge instructions
