Required Qualifications:
Active RN license in Pennsylvania or compact state eligibility Minimum of 1 year recent experience in Telemetry nursing BLS and ACLS certifications (American Heart Association preferred) Strong critical thinking and communication skills Ability to work effectively within a multi-disciplinary team environment
Primary Responsibilities:
Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and vital signs Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Collaborate with physicians and healthcare staff on patient care plans Provide education and emotional support to patients and families Accurately document assessments, interventions, and outcomes
