Responsibilities Perform non-invasive aesthetic treatments such as microneedling , dermabrasion, laser therapy, hydrafacials and skin rejuvenation procedures. Assist clients in selecting suitable treatments by providing thorough consultations and personalized recommendations. Maintain strict sanitation and safety standards in accordance with health regulations to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff. Manage appointment scheduling, client records, and treatment documentation using salon or med spa software. Engage with clients via social media management platforms to promote services, share before-and-after results, and enhance online presence. Upsell products and additional treatments through excellent customer service and product demos to maximize client satisfaction and clinic revenue. Support front desk operations by greeting guests, answering inquiries, and coordinating treatment schedules efficiently. Requirements Valid nursing license with experience in aesthetic or med spa settings preferred. Proficiency in cosmetology techniques including , laser treatments, and microdermabrasion and microneedling is highly desirable. Strong management skills with experience using salon software Knowledge of social media management tools to effectively promote services and engage with clients online. Excellent communication skills with a friendly approach that enhances guest services and team collaboration. Ability to maintain high standards of sanitation and safety throughout all procedures.
