Job Description

NOW HIRING
Part-time and PRN RNs Registered Nurse :
Pain Management Surgery Center . Reclaim your evenings, weekends, and holidays. Tired of 12-hour shifts, mandatory weekends, and the chaos of the hospital floor? Come nurse the way you always wanted to. West Shore Pain and Spine Institute, LLC is a pain management ambulatory surgery center looking for an RN who values a calm, reliable, controlled environment and a team that actually has your back.
Why You'll Love It Here:
▪ No weekends. No nights. No holidays. No call. Monday-Friday business hours, home in time for dinner. ▪ Predictable schedule — Plan your evening just the way you like it. ▪ A spotless, modern facility with low patient acuity and a smooth, organized flow. No hallway gridlock, no crisis-mode chaos. ▪ A genuinely good team. Small, tight-knit, and supportive. ▪ Meaningful work helping patients find relief and get their lives back. What You'll Do ▪ Accurate, timely charting — thorough documentation in the EMR before, during, and after each procedure. ▪ IV starts and management — establishing access, administering medications, and monitoring patients during IV sedation. ▪ Patient assistance — positioning, transferring, and supporting patients safely on and off the table and through recovery. ▪ Pre-op and peri-operative care — assessments, sterile equipment handling for various procedures, vital sign monitoring, and clear discharge instructions.
