Job Description
This is a per diem opportunity with hours ranging from 5 to 10 per week to support our home care business. Our home care business involves RNs (Registered Nurses) that open new cases and provide 90 day reassessments and supervisory visits for our caregivers. Within this role you would report into our RN staff team member who will assist you with your schedule (when assessments needs to take place) and assist with providing case management for the clients that you would be working with. If you would like to work more hour for us we also have skilled nursing work such as wound care visits and IV infusion that providing in the home setting as well. We do work throughout South Central PA (Mechanicsburg) but can create a radius that works for you. Previous experience in the home setting is preferred but not required. Strong communication skills are required for this role. Pay is $80 to $90 per assessment
