Qualifications:

Current and unencumbered RN license (Pennsylvania or compact state) Minimum of 1 year experience in Telemetry nursing BLS and ACLS certifications required Strong cardiac monitoring and assessment skills Proficient in patient education and interdisciplinary communication Ability to provide compassionate, patient-centered care

Responsibilities:

Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms for patients requiring continuous telemetry surveillance Administer medications and manage IVs per physician orders Document patient progress and respond swiftly to changes in condition Collaborate with providers, ancillary staff, and family members to ensure optimal patient outcomes Participate in bedside shift reports and multidisciplinary rounds
