Desired Qualifications:

Active RN license, valid in Pennsylvania or compact states Minimum one year of recent Telemetry nursing experience BLS and ACLS certifications (current) Excellent assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills Ability to thrive in fast-paced and collaborative environments

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality care to Telemetry patients, including cardiac monitoring and assessment Implement and evaluate individualized patient care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams Respond promptly to patient changes, using advanced clinical judgment Document care and interventions accurately in accordance with regulatory standards Educate patients and families on conditions, treatments, and discharge plans
