Office Nurse

Hiring highly motivated Clinical Nurse for a fast paced office environment. Must have proven 3 years experience in medical office setting.

Duties:

• Provide patient care through high volume telephone triage and review of testing and treatment plan discussion with providers/patients.
• Ensure Prescriptions and Medication refills are completed promptly.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Monitor patient vital signs and assess their overall health condition
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans
• Document patient information accurately and maintain medical records

Experience:

3 years experience required

• Must have a valid nurse (RN) or (LPN) license
• -Previous experience in physician office required.
• Strong knowledge of nursing principles and practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize patient care needs
• Proficient in using electronic medical records systems-experience in eClinicalWorks preferred.
