RN Administrator- Ambulatory Surgery Center

Northeast Rehab is seeking an experienced Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) Administrator to lead the daily operations of our newly established ASC for pain management procedures. This individual will be responsible for ensuring clinical excellence, regulatory compliance, financial performance, and an exceptional patient experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of ASC operations, including clinical, administrative, and financial functions Ensure compliance with federal, state, and accreditation standards Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing multidisciplinary team Manage budgets, revenue cycle, and cost containment strategies Collaborate with physicians, nursing leadership, and governing board to drive strategic initiatives Implement quality assurance and performance improvement programs Maintain a safe, efficient, and patient-centered environment

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Nursing, or related field (Master's preferred) Minimum of 3-5 years of leadership experience in an ASC or surgical services setting Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and compliance requirements Proven financial management and operational leadership skills Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities Why Join our Team?
