Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Nurse Injector to join our innovative medical spa team. In this role, you will deliver expert aesthetic injections, including botulinum toxin treatments and dermal fillers, to help clients achieve their beauty and wellness goals. Your expertise will enhance our clients' confidence while ensuring safety, sanitation, and exceptional guest experiences. Duties Perform injectable treatments such as botulinum toxin and dermal fillers with precision and care, adhering to all safety protocols. Conduct consultations to assess client needs, explain treatment options, and develop personalized treatment plans. Maintain thorough documentation of procedures, client histories, and post-treatment care instructions using advanced salon software like Millennium or similar platforms. Manage client appointments efficiently using scheduling systems such as Jane ensuring a seamless guest experience. Promote retail sales of skincare products and aesthetic treatments through effective upselling and product demos. Uphold strict sanitation standards by sterilizing equipment, maintaining cleanliness in treatment areas, and following all health regulations. Engage with clients via social media management tools to promote services, share before-and-after photos, and build lasting relationships. Collaborate with team members on marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility through social media channels. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client questions, managing front desk responsibilities, and ensuring guest satisfaction from check-in to post-treatment follow-up. Qualifications Valid nursing license with current state registration. 3 years experience in aesthetic nursing or med spa settings is required. Proven expertise in administering botulinum toxin treatments and dermal fillers; additional skills in esthetic laser treatments or body waxing is a plus. Strong management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple appointments while maintaining attention to detail. Familiarity with salon software such as Millennium or similar systems; experience with
MINDBODY
is advantageous. Excellent communication skills for engaging clients confidently and professionally. Knowledge of sanitation protocols and best practices for cosmetic procedures. Background in cosmetology, barbering, nail care, or related beauty fields is beneficial but not mandatory. Ability to perform additional services such as eyelash extensions, hair styling, or makeup application is a plus.
