High-Acuity Patient Care:
85% of our patients come straight from LG Hospital—post-op and chronically ill. You'll provide skilled nursing care like wound vacs, ostomy care, IV therapy, and even chemotherapy. Don't worry—we train you on all these skills!
Comprehensive Orientation:
8 weeks of thorough onboarding with preceptors for guidance and support.
Team Spirit:
Weekly interdisciplinary meetings to review patient care and learn through educational sessions.
What We Offer Flexible Scheduling:
PRN, Part-Time, Full-Time available
Autonomy:
You control your patient scheduling and communication.
Reasonable Productivity:
Full-time RNs complete 5 units/day (1 unit = revisit, 2 units = admission). We've reduced requirements to prevent burnout.
