Role:
As a Registered Nurse (RN) on our evening shift, you will be responsible for: Providing high-quality patient care to our residents Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans Administering medications and treatments as prescribed Monitoring patient progress and reporting any changes or concerns to the healthcare team Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of patient care and treatment
Requirements:
Registered Nurse (RN) license Experience in a long-term care or rehabilitation setting (0 years of experience considered)
