We are seeking compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team and support exceptional resident-centered care. We are currently hiring for a variety of roles including Staff RNs, RN Supervisors, and RN Managers. Position Summary The Registered Nurse (RN) provides and oversees resident care across multiple care settings, including Skilled Nursing, Memory Care, Dunwoody at Home, and other areas within our community. This role ensures the highest standards of clinical excellence and compassionate care through direct patient care, coordination with interdisciplinary teams, and support of nursing staff. Depending on experience and interest, opportunities are available in staff nursing, supervision, and leadership roles. Key Responsibilities Resident Care & Clinical Support Provide direct nursing care, including assessments, treatments, and interventions Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to physicians and care teams Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility policies Support resident admissions, discharges, and ongoing care planning Ensure residents and families are informed and supported throughout care Care Coordination & Documentation Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all resident care activities Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and update care plans Ensure compliance with clinical documentation standards and regulatory requirements Leadership & Team Support (Supervisor/Manager Roles) Provide guidance, oversight, and support to CNAs and nursing staff Assist with staffing, scheduling, and daily operations Support onboarding, training, and mentoring of team members Promote a positive, team-oriented work environment Quality & Compliance Ensure adherence to all state, federal, and facility regulations Follow infection control, safety, and emergency procedures Participate in quality improvement initiatives and audits Qualifications Required Active Pennsylvania Registered Nurse (RN) License Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment Preferred Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, memory care, or home care settings Prior leadership or supervisory experience (for RN Supervisor/Manager roles) Familiarity with EMR systems such as PCC, EMAR, or Point of Care Physical Requirements This position may require: Standing, walking, bending, lifting, and assisting residents throughout the shift Ability to respond quickly and effectively in emergency situations Schedule & Work Environment Full-time and Part-time opportunities available Day and Evening shifts available Opportunities across Skilled Nursing, Memory Care, Dunwoody at Home, and other community settings Some weekends and holidays may be required Benefits 403(b) 403(b) match Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance Health Savings Account (HSA) Disability and Life Insurance Paid Time Off and Paid Sick Time Tuition Reimbursement On-site Gym Access Ongoing Training & Professional Development Opportunities Why Work at Dunwoody Village?
