Job Description

POSITION TITLE
Staff Nurse (LPN or RN)- Based out of High School will float as needed.
REPORTS TO
Building Principal and Assistant Superintendent
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT
Monday- Friday, full-time (7.5 hours, plus 30-minute unpaid lunch)
QUALIFICATIONS
Valid PA RN or LPN license Experience with school aged children preferred Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with others as part of a team. Must have good organizational skills, maintain confidentiality and be flexible.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Daily nursing duties including routine health assessments dispensing medications, providing necessary health care/first aid, etc. Assisting on field trips, across the district, as needed Other duties as assigned

PA State Police Clearance (Act 34) Child Abuse Clearance (Act 151) FBI Fingerprint Clearance (Act 114) School Personnel Health Form (Physical and TB test)

Form (Act 24) Sexual Misconduct/Abuse Disclosure Release Form(s) EEO/M/F/V/D
