We're currently seeking a dedicated and experiencedFull-Time Registered Nurseto join our team and provide meaningful, end-of-life care to patients and families in thePittsburghand the surrounding areas.

In this role, you'll become a vital member of our compassionate multidisciplinary team, working closely under the guidance of theDirector of Professional ServicesorHospice Administrator.

You'll be a steady presence and a source of comfort, helping patients and their loved ones navigate one of life's most profound journeys with dignity, grace, and support.

What You'll Do:
Provide personalized care and comfort to hospice patients.

Collaborate with families and physicians to ensure every need is met.

Uphold our care standards through adherence to policies and procedures.

Support the emotional and physical well-being of patients and their loved ones.

Participate in on-call rotation as needed to ensure continuity of care.
What You Bring:
Completion of an accredited RN program.

ActivePennsylvania RN license.

A heart for compassionate care and a commitment to patient dignity.
