Looking for a nursing role that gives you time, trust, and true patient connection? UPMC Home Health is hiring Full-Time Registered Nurses (RNs) across the Shadyside, Uptown, Squirrel Hill, East Liberty, Point Breeze, and surrounding areas! Monday
  • Friday daylight shifts with rotations for on-call and weekends.

What You'll Do:
Deliver skilled nursing care to patients in their homes throughout assigned Pittsburgh-area communities Develop and manage plans of care in collaboration with physicians and interdisciplinary partners Provide patient and family education that promotes independence and recovery Complete required documentation (OASIS, visit notes, orders) electronically using a provided laptop Contribute to high-quality, patient-centered outcomes while maintaining regulatory standards This Role Is a
