Key Qualifications:
Active RN license in good standing Minimum of one year recent experience in Telemetry nursing Proficient in ECG monitoring, arrhythmia interpretation, and post-cardiac intervention care Strong assessment and critical thinking skills BLS and ACLS certifications required Excellent communicator and team player
Core Responsibilities:
Monitor patients with cardiac conditions using telemetry equipment Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for acute cardiac patients Respond quickly to changes in patient status, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams Educate patients and families on care plans, procedures, and discharge instructions Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to all clinical standards
