Supportive and collaborative team environment Focus on work-life balance Opportunity to make a meaningful impact in patients' lives Dedicated triage support—so you can focus on patient care What You Will Do Perform emergent visits and/or admissions as directed by an experienced hospice triage nurse Complete scheduled visits for transitioning hospice patients Communicate significant findings, changes in condition, and patient needs to physicians, the on-call Administrator, and team members Obtain physician orders as required Deliver compassionate hospice nursing care with a focus on pain control and symptom management About You Graduate of an accredited school of nursing 1-2 years of recent hospice experience preferred Current RN license and valid driver's license Strong observation, communication (verbal and written), and problem-solving skills Basic math proficiency
