Registered Nurse (RN) Skilled Nursing | Wesley Village•Pittston, PA Full Time | Evening and Night Shifts Part Time | Evening Shifts•Every Other Weekend, Only!
Pay:

RN Qualifications:
Current and active Pennsylvania RN license
RN Responsibilities:
As a Registered Nurse, you will: Perform resident assessments and monitor changes in condition Develop, implement, and update individualized care plans Administer medications and treatments Collaborate with residents, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams Educate residents and families on care plans and health management Ensure compliance with safety standards, policies, and resident rights Accurately document care, incidents, and changes in condition
