Contract PRN Registered Nurse Administrator

Caring Matters Home Care has a need for a Part-Time Registered Nurse Administrator in our Berks County office. We are seeking a home care RN to help oversee and service our clients. As a home care nurse, you will be an integral member of a multi-disciplinary health care team that provides skilled nursing and rehabilitative care to clients, affording them the opportunity to receive the medical care required to remain at home. Making home visits to multiple clients Performing assigned duties, including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures. Performing client assessments as necessary. Maintain a growth-oriented and service-forward mindset.
