Desired Qualifications:
Active and unencumbered RN license Minimum of 1-2 years recent experience in Medical-Surgical nursing Proficiency in patient assessments, administering medication, and coordinating care Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) documentation Strong teamwork and communication abilities Current BLS certification (ACLS preferred)
Responsibilities Include:
Delivering patient-centered care on a medical-surgical unit Conducting thorough assessments and documenting clinical changes Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate treatments Administering medications and supporting recovery plans Educating patients and families throughout the care process Maintaining accurate, up-to-date records and complying with facility protocols
