AS A UNIT
DIRECTOR, you will work under the supervision of the CNO, manage patient care, assure quality, and assist in the supervision of other professionals and health care workers.
QUALIFICATIONS
Current Pennsylvania Registered Nurse License or Temporary Practice Permit required Bachelor Degree in Nursing or related field preferred Previous Medical Surgical experience preferred Three years of supervisor experience required Healthcare Provider (CPR) certification within six months Desire to develop management skills and accept responsibility for departmental functioning with, and in the absence of, the Department Director; Progressive and successful work history
