Join our team of compassionate caregivers at Rosewood Rehabilitation & Nursing Center! As a Registered Nurse (RN) on our Day Shift team, you'll play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our residents at Rosewood Rehabilitation & Nursing Center in Schuylkill Haven, Pennsylvania. Our state-of-the-art facility is dedicated to providing a continuum of care, from short-term rehabilitation to long-term skilled nursing care, and a wide range of specialty programs and services. Registered Nurse (RN)

Responsibilities:

Provide skilled nursing care to our residents, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care plans Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians Monitor resident conditions, identifying and reporting any changes or concerns Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care Educate residents and their families on health and wellness, disease management, and preventive care Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure exceptional care and outcomes Registered Nurse (RN)

Requirements:

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Pennsylvania Prior experience required. Graduates are welcome. Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Compassion, empathy, and a commitment to delivering exceptional care
