- $52 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications Working with individuals with developmental disabilities Nursing RN License Microsoft Office Clinical information systems Data entry Full Job Description About the Role Sthenos Technologies is seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RN) for contract placement at Selinsgrove State Centre, a Pennsylvania state-operated Developmental Center serving individuals with mental, physical, and developmental disabilities.

2:00 PM- 10:30 PM 3rd
Shift:
10:15 PM- 6:15 AM Responsibilities Serve as charge nurse, staff nurse, or assessment coordinator depending on assignment needs Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans for residents with complex needs Supervise paraprofessional and unlicensed clinical staff Provide skilled nursing care to individuals with mental illness, physical disabilities, and developmental disabilities Document clinical observations and interventions accurately in EMR Meet extensive clinical competency requirements specific to the Developmental Center setting Required Qualifications Active Pennsylvania RN license or valid temporary permit Proficient in MS Office; documented EMR data entry ability Experience working with individuals with developmental, physical, or mental health conditions preferred Expert-level clinical experience required To Apply Submit your resume to with the subject line: RN DC•Selinsgrove•Shift Preference Sthenos Technologies is a WOSB/EDWOSB and SBA Certified Small Business.
