Key Responsibilities:
Deliver specialized nursing care for neonates in collaboration with neonatologists and allied health professionals Monitor and assess vital signs, administer medications, and manage medical equipment Provide compassionate education and support to families navigating the NICU experience Maintain accurate documentation and participate in quality assurance initiatives Adapt to fast-paced environments and collaborate effectively with diverse clinical teams
Desired Qualifications:
Current and unencumbered RN license Minimum of one year RN experience in a Level III or higher NICU BLS and NRP certifications (active) Excellent critical thinking and communication skills Flexibility and adaptability to new facility protocols and electronic health records
