Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a Community Participation Supports Staff where you will empower individuals with developmental disabilities to achieve their goals in the community and/or with employment. These roles are important in encouraging independence, building confidence, and creating opportunities within the community for these individuals. You will serve as a dedicated mentor and guide, helping your clients navigate in the workforce or in the community. Your enthusiasm and commitment will inspire positive change. These positions are full time. An Act 34 Clearance, Act 33 Clearance and an MVR are required for employment.
