Mountain View Rehabilitation and Senior Living Center, a premier residential, long-term, rehabilitation, and subacute care provider, is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Cart Nurse (RN) to join our dedicated team. As a Cart Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and contributing to the facility's mission to revolutionize care delivery. With a competitive hourly rate of $42

Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, treatments, and procedures Coordinate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans Monitor patients' conditions and report any changes or concerns to the Registered Nurse or Physician Assist with medication management, including ordering, storing, and disposing of medications Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions and communication Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment
Requirements:
Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of Pennsylvania Minimum of 0 years of experience in a long-term care or rehabilitation setting Strong clinical skills and ability to prioritize patient care Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Commitment to delivering compassionate and patient-centered care
