The ideal candidate will have an RN license in the state of work, two years of RN experience with hospice experience preferred, and the ability to self-manage time and schedule. Key Responsibilities

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm and one weekend on-call every 5-7 weeks Friday, Saturday, & Sunday, 8pm-8am; 2 holidays/year Travel

• Occasional local travel Qualifications Required Associate degree or higher Hospice (2+ years) 1+ years of experience in ANY of the following: Electronic Medical Record (EMR) Other EMR TruChart EHR Valid Registered Nurse (RN) in Pennsylvania (PA) Do you have a valid Driver's License, Reliable Mode of Transportation, and Auto Insurance (all 3)?
