Requirements:

Resume RN

• PA license (in good standing) Current

• BLS/CPR 2

• current references 2
• step PPD (within the last 12 months) MMR/Varicella/Hep B Current physical (within the last 12 months) Must be able to pass back ground check Must be able to pass urine drug screen Pay Rates
• $32•35/hr.
