Registered Nurse

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Home Health team in Tunkhannock. In this role, you will provide comprehensive care to patients in their homes, ensuring the highest standards of nursing practice are met. You will be responsible for assessing patient health problems and needs, developing and implementing nursing care plans, and maintaining medical records.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough assessments of patients//' health conditions in their home environments. Develop personalized care plans and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver optimal patient care.
