Job Description
Join our dedicated team of healthcare professionals providing exceptional care to our residents in a compassionate, supportive environment. We are seeking a dependable and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor who is passionate about long-term care and making a meaningful difference every day. Full Time 11p-7a Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapy as ordered Assess residents' conditions and respond to changes promptly Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, and families Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with regulations Promote a safe, respectful, and homelike environment Qualifications Current RN license in good standing (PA or compact state if applicable) Graduate of an accredited nursing program Long-term care or rehab experience preferred Strong leadership, clinical, and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team We Offer Competitive pay rates Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off Retirement plan options Supportive leadership team Opportunities for advancement If you are a compassionate RN who values teamwork, resident dignity, and quality care, we would love to meet you.
