Motivates and directs team members to ensure conformity with nursing philosophy and objectives to attain quality resident care. Requirements for the Registered Nurse (RN) : Holds an RN license from the State of PA . Experience in long-term care is preferred . Self-directed and able to set priorities; excellent time management skills .
