$70,000•80,000 If you're an RN who loves pediatrics but wants to step away from hospital shifts, rotating weekends, and productivity pressure — this role offers a different pace. CareGivers America•NEPA, a Modivcare Home Care company, is hiring a Full-Time RN Case Manager to provide one-on-one pediatric care in the home setting throughout parts of East Lackawanna, Wayne, Wyoming, and Susquehanna counties. This is a salaried Monday-Friday role with a company vehicle provided . What Makes This Role Different Monday-Friday schedule No rotating weekends No hospital shift work One-on-one pediatric visits Company vehicle provided Defined local territory Salaried position — not per-visit pay You will manage care for pediatric patients in their homes, serving as the clinical lead and trusted partner to families.
Location & Coverage Branch Location:
718 S. State Street, Clarks Summit, PA 18411 Territories to cover: Luzerne, Wyoming, and Sullivan counties
Schedule:
