7:00 AM•3:00 PM (Mondays through Fridays)

Setting:

Skilled Nursing / Long-Term Care Rose View Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a compassionate and dependable Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time Day Shift (7:00 AM•3:00 PM) opportunity. We are looking for a dedicated nursing professional who is committed to delivering high-quality resident care while working in a supportive, team-oriented skilled nursing environment. Registered Nurse (RN) Key Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care in accordance with physician orders and individualized care plans Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately Monitor residents' conditions and promptly report changes Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs during the shift Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges Ensure compliance with facility policies and state and federal regulations Promote a safe, respectful, and resident-centered care environment Registered Nurse (RN) Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania Graduate of an accredited nursing program Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Health, dental, and vision insurance (for eligible employees) Paid time off and holiday pay 401(k) retirement savings plan Supportive team environment and leadership Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO Statement) Rose View Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is an Equal Opportunity Employer and is committed to fostering an inclusive and diverse workplace.
