Job Description

Garden Spring Nursing & Rehabilitation of Willow Grove, PA is searching for a RN Cart with a proven track-record of success to join and support our nursing team! Key Responsibilities Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely following physician orders Perform routine and ongoing resident assessments and document changes in condition Monitor vital signs, lab results, and overall resident status Update and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team Respond promptly to changes in resident condition and initiate appropriate interventions Communicate effectively with physicians, families, and healthcare team members Supervise and delegate tasks to Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic medical records (EMR) Participate in shift reports, care conferences, and quality improvement initiatives Provide compassionate care that promotes dignity, respect, and resident-centered outcomes Qualifications Current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state Previous experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or rehabilitation preferred Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Basic computer skills and experience with EMR systems Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift residents as needed Capability to push medication carts and assist with resident mobility Must be able to respond quickly in emergency situations Work Environment Skilled nursing facility setting with elderly and/or rehabilitative residents Exposure to medical equipment, infectious diseases, and varying patient conditions Benefits (optional section) Competitive pay Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off (PTO) Retirement plan options Continuing education opportunities.
