2 Description American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a PCU/Stepdown position at a Level II acute care teaching hospital, requiring drip management experience and PA or compact RN licensure. Details PCU/Stepdown unit in a 370-bed acute care, Level II teaching hospital Patient ratio of 1:3-4 13-week contract with a rotating schedule: 6 weeks on day shift (7:00-19:30) followed by 7 weeks on night shift (19:00-7:30) 3x12-hour shifts per week Every third weekend required Floating within scope to like units required to meet facility needs No on-call required Charting via Epic Requirements Active PA RN license or compact RN license currently in hand (pending license not accepted) Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, and NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) Minimum 2 years of RN experience required Experience managing the following drips required: insulin, nicardipine, dexmedetomidine, and nitroglycerin PCU/Stepdown experience required Additional Information Scrub color: Navy Blue Candidates who have previously worked at any Main Line Health location should be prepared to provide the location and dates of prior employment Time off requests must be submitted upfront; RTO is subject to manager's discretion
