Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Aesthetic Nurse to join our training team, dedicated to advancing the skills of aspiring aesthetic professionals. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to combine clinical nursing expertise with educational development, ensuring future practitioners are well-prepared for the dynamic field of aesthetic medicine. Responsibilities Provide hands-on supervision and mentorship during practical training sessions for a new Hair Removal Diode laser. Assist in evaluating trainee performance through assessments, feedback sessions, and progress reports Maintain detailed records of training activities, including procedure logs, participant attendance, and competency evaluations Qualifications Proven nurse/aesthetician experience in cosmetic physician office. Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technique clearly and confidently Commitment to ongoing professional development in aesthetic medicine and nursing practices
Pay:
$27.34 - $32.92 per hour
Work Location:
Hybrid remote in Rancho Mirage, CA 92270
