• Serve as a clinical resource for members seeking guidance on healthcare services and eligibility determinations.
• Collaborate with members, families, and healthcare providers to coordinate care and improve access to services.
• Use clinical judgment, critical thinking, and care navigation principles to support positive health outcomes.
• Provide education and support that empowers members to make informed healthcare decisions.
• Demonstrate empathy, active listening, conflict resolution, and exceptional customer service while supporting members in a call center environment.
• Help members navigate the healthcare system while promoting fair, reasonable, and appropriate utilization of services.
• What We're Looking for
• Active RN or LPN license.
• Strong critical thinking and clinical assessment skills.
• Excellent communication, organization, and time-management abilities.
• Experience handling difficult conversations with professionalism and empathy.
• Acute care or inpatient hospital experience.
• Experience working with electronic medical records (EMR).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
