- Serve as a clinical resource for members seeking guidance on healthcare services and eligibility determinations.
- Collaborate with members, families, and healthcare providers to coordinate care and improve access to services.
- Use clinical judgment, critical thinking, and care navigation principles to support positive health outcomes.
- Provide education and support that empowers members to make informed healthcare decisions.
- Demonstrate empathy, active listening, conflict resolution, and exceptional customer service while supporting members in a call center environment.
- Help members navigate the healthcare system while promoting fair, reasonable, and appropriate utilization of services.
- What We're Looking for
- Active RN or LPN license.
- Strong critical thinking and clinical assessment skills.
- Excellent communication, organization, and time-management abilities.
- Experience handling difficult conversations with professionalism and empathy.
- Acute care or inpatient hospital experience.
- Experience working with electronic medical records (EMR).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
