Job Description

Nutrishare is growing! We are looking to add a Clinical Liaison to our Sales team in the San Francisco Bay Area. We're looking for a dynamic Clinical Liaison who thrives at the intersection of clinical expertise, collaboration, and patient advocacy.
Total Compensation:
$125,000-$130,000
DOE Location:
Applicants must live within 2 hours of the SF Bay Area. SUMMARY The Clinical Liaison at Nutrishare serves as a vital link between patients, healthcare providers, and our home infusion pharmacy, specializing in the transition of Parenteral Nutrition patients from hospital to home care. This role is responsible for coordinating patient care, facilitating communication, and ensuring the highest standards of service delivery. The Clinical Liaison will work closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the needs of our patients. To ensure goals are met, the Clinical Liaison will work closely with Account Executive to support meetings/events and patient discharges throughout territory.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
include the following:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for patients transitioning from hospital to home infusion services in aligned accounts. Assess patient needs, gather relevant medical information, and coordinate the initiation of Parenteral Nutrition therapy.
  • Identify and develop relationships with key referral sources, including physicians and decision makers at hospitals and physician groups.
  • Collaborate with other sales and operations team members to grow referrals and remove onboarding challenges in an effort to streamline the process.
  • Provide education and training to patients and their families regarding Parenteral Nutrition therapies, equipment usage, and self-care practices.
  • Support other sales team members by assisting with bedside teaches in other markets.
  • Offer clinical expertise and support to healthcare providers, including recommendations on therapy management, potential drug interactions, and patient-specific considerations.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track and manage sales activities and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing team at Nutrishare to develop and execute marketing and promotional campaigns.
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient interactions, care plans, and clinical activities in accordance with regulatory and company standards.
  • Meet or exceed annual expectations for growth within own assigned territory.
  • Other duties may be assigned at any time via verbal or written instructions.
  • Able to travel within assigned territory and occasionally into other markets to support growth efforts nationally.
  • Availability to travel with limited notice

EXPERIENCE
Must have current license to practice as a RN, in current state of work or compact license
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.

valid driver's license is required, and employees must be able to provide proof of personal auto insurance if requested.
