We are looking for a compassionate, organized Registered Nurse to join our leadership team as Director of Nursing. This role is ideal for someone who is a skilled assessor with sound clinical judgment, enjoys building relationships with clients and their families, is excited to lead a clinical team, and is eager to help create an exceptional care experience. We are looking for a nurse who is proactive, calm under pressure, and energized by the opportunity to shape clinical quality standards from the ground up. This is a part-time, remote-friendly position in which you will work directly with our founder and have a genuine seat at the table as we build our operations and care model. Key Responsibilities Conduct in-home nursing assessments for new and prospective clients Develop and update individualized care plans Communicate with clients and families to coordinate care, including participating in care conferences or family meetings for complex cases Supervise and support field staff (RNs and caregivers), providing clinical guidance and mentorship Complete skills validations, competency assessments, and performance coaching for new and tenured team members Participate in the hiring and onboarding of new field staff Develop clinical protocols, care plan templates, and training materials for nursing and caregiver staff Serve as the clinical point of contact for client concerns, service issues, incident follow-up, and on-call support for field staff as needed Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Support quality assurance and help develop ongoing compliance practices Fulfill

NJ HCSF RN

Supervisor and Alternate Administrator requirements Qualifications Active NJ RN license in good standing Valid driver's license Current CPR certification Home care, home health, or community/public health nursing experience Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills Comfortable working remotely with in-person availability for home assessments and office visits as needed Supervisory or leadership experience a plus, but not required Compensation and schedule $55 to $75 per hour based on experience. Flexible engagement with hours that vary based on operational needs. Mileage reimbursement provided for field visits.
