Our model blends restorative spa experiences, wellness-focused programs, and select medical services in a calm, elevated, relationship-centered environment. We are building an integrative practice that supports women through concerns such as hormone balance, metabolic health, stress recovery, skin confidence, and healthy aging. We value personalized care, education, clinical integrity, and a warm, thoughtful client experience. We are seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner to serve as the lead medical provider for both our wellness program services and injectable / aesthetic offerings . Position Overview This is a hybrid independent contractor role combining remote consultation work with in-spa clinical days . This role is designed for an NP who is excited by a blended scope that includes: wellness-focused clinical consultations hormone and metabolic assessments lab review and personalized treatment planning aesthetic injectable services such as neurotoxins and other approved treatments within scope and training The Nurse Practitioner will play an important role in shaping the medical side of Recoupia as we grow. This includes supporting wellness programs while also providing safe, high-quality injectable services in a boutique setting. This position is ideal for an NP who values both clinical depth and aesthetic artistry , enjoys patient education, and wants to contribute to a thoughtful, client-centered practice from an early stage.

What You'll Do:

Wellness & Program-Based Care Conduct comprehensive consultations, virtually and in person Review health history, symptoms, goals, and relevant risk factors Order, interpret, and discuss lab panels within scope of practice Develop individualized care plans related to wellness support and preventive care Support clients to achieve related wellness goals Provide clear education and follow-up guidance so clients understand their options and next steps Help shape clinical protocols and workflows for Recoupia's wellness programs Aesthetic & Injectable Services Perform aesthetic consultations and treatment planning Provide injectable services within training, experience, and scope of practice, including neurotoxins and other approved treatments offered by the practice Maintain high standards of safety, documentation, informed consent, and follow-up care Assess candidacy, contraindications, and client expectations for aesthetic treatments Support a natural, ethical, education-first approach to aesthetic care Contribute to the development of treatment protocols, charting standards, and client experience processes for aesthetic services Clinical Oversight & Collaboration Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant charting/documentation Follow Washington State laws, clinical standards, and scope-of-practice requirements Collaborate with the Recoupia team to support a cohesive client experience across wellness, spa, and medical services Participate in building systems, protocols, and operational structure as the medical side of the practice grows Help ensure clinical services are delivered with professionalism, warmth, and consistency Who You Are You are a clinician who believes care should be personalized, thoughtful, and grounded in both safety and education. Required Qualifications Active Washington State Nurse Practitioner license in good standing Ability to practice independently within Washington State scope and regulations, as applicable Experience conducting clinical consultations and developing treatment plans Ability to order and interpret laboratory work relevant to the services provided Experience with or strong interest in women's health, hormone-related care, metabolic health, or preventive wellness Experience with aesthetic injectables or strong relevant training in injectable services Strong clinical judgment, communication, and patient education skills Professional liability insurance Commitment to compliant documentation, informed consent, and high-quality care Alignment with Recoupia's values: compassion, integrity, education, excellence, growth, and holistic wellness Preferred Qualifications Experience with hormone therapy evaluation and management within scope and training Experience in metabolic health or wellness-based clinical care Experience in a boutique clinic, med spa, wellness clinic, or private practice setting Interest in helping build protocols, systems, and service workflows in a growing practice Bilingual in Spanish and English Why This Role Is Unique This is an opportunity to help shape a practice that brings together wellness, aesthetics, and personalized care in a more intentional way.
